干前预处理及气体O2含量对薤白茎叶叶绿素含量的影响
Effects of pre-treatment and O2 content on the chlorophyll content in the shoots of Allium macrostemon Bunge
【摘要】 干燥室气体中O2含量对干制薤白茎叶叶绿素含量的影响最大,护色液Zn(CH3COO)2含量的影响次之,护色时间的影响最小;干制薤白茎叶叶绿素保留率最高的因素水平组合为500mg·L-1Zn(CH3COO)2、护色时间16h、干燥室气体的O2体积分数9%.薤白CO2降氧干燥过程主要由升温段和降速干燥段组成,用指数函数关系式拟合的干制薤白茎叶叶绿素保留率(y)随干制时间(t)变化的回归方程为y=88.644e-0.155t,方程显著水平P<0.01,相关系数r为-0.9766.
【Abstract】 The effects of O2 content, Zn(CH3COO)2 content, preservation time on the chlorophyll content of Allium macrostemon Bungewas ranked decreasingly. The optimum level was as follows: mass concentration of Zn(CH3COO)2 at 500 mg·L-1, preservation time of 16 h, O2 content in drying room at 9%. The process of O2 content dropping by filling CO2 and drying was divided into rising temperature and dropping speed drying. Using index function connection model to coincide with the regress equation of the change of reservation rate(y) of chlorophyll content of Allium macrostemon Bunge with drying time(t), the regress equation was y=88.644e-0.155t, P(significance level)<0.01, r(correlation coefficient) was -0.9766.
