【摘要】 福建省每年消费蛇类约50万kg,主要用于餐饮以及制造中药、保健食品和皮革等。利用的蛇类主要是灰鼠蛇、王锦蛇、滑鼠蛇等10多种,资源主要依赖外地输入。过度开发利用以及栖息地的破坏和污染是导致福建蛇类资源锐减的主要因素。为可持续利用资源,建议:优化资源配置,开征资源税费,开展繁育技术研究和种群再引入,推广生态农业,加强自然保护区建设、禁猎、资源监测、执法监管和宣传教育工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 About 500 thousand kg of snakes are consumed in Fujian every year,and are mainly used as food and beverage and for producing Chinese traditional medicine,health food and leather,etc.The utilized snakes are mainly more than 10 species of snakes including Ptyas korros,Elaphe carinata and P.mucosus,etc.,the resource majorly depends on the introduction from other places.Excess development and utilization,as well as the habitat damage and pollution are the main factors of leading the sharp decrease of resource of snakes in Fujian.For the resource sustainable utilization,this paper suggests the following:optimizing the resource disposition,beginning to levy the resource tax charge,developing the breeding technique research and population reintroduction,popularizing the biological agriculture,strengthening the nature reserve construction,prohibiting hunting,monitoring of the resource,enforcing the law and supervising,as well as propagation and education work.更多还原
