金花梨变异单系过氧化物酶同工酶研究

【摘要】 对金花梨及其 18个变异单系进行了过氧化物酶 (POD)同工酶分析。结果表明 :金花梨及其变异单系间的差异可能是受基因型决定的 ,非环境所致。酶谱差异主要表现在酶带数量和酶活性两个方面。供试单系 4条特征酶带基本相同 ,仅个别变异单系增加或减少 1~ 2条弱带。酶带数量和酶活性与其抗病性、抗寒性存在一定相关性

【Abstract】 Applying Jinhua Pear and its eighteen varied strains as testing materia ls, peroxidase isoenzyme(POD) were studied.The results show: Analysis of POD p atters confirmed those variations,which may be caused by genetic variation.The differences of POD patters expressed on the quantity and activity of bands.The P OD patters of Jinhua Pear and its varied strains had four identical basic bands, only single strains increased or decreased one or two weak bands.The quantity an d the activity of POD bands were related to disease resistance and frigid resist ance to a certain degree.
