【摘要】 论述ERP系统在企业管理中的设计思想及ERP系统在企业投入运行过程中进行调研、分析、改造、人员培训、调试与运行等各个环节的实施工程。

【Abstract】 The paper discusses the designing of the ERP System in the enterprise organization and its execution in researching andlyzing,remolding,training manipulating and running.
