【摘要】 由于ERP的计划部分计算的不准确性,以及不能及时反映车间的实际情况和定单变化,ERP系统计划模型已经不能适应企业信息集成的需求;APS系统通过复杂有效的算法实现了有效的动态排产。通过分析ERP的核心计划系统和APS计划系统的功能和特点,提出了APS与ERP的集成方案,并在此基础上,分析了集成的要素和集成技术,建立了信息集成的结构框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because the planning of ERP is not exact and can not do realtime response for workshop’s situations and variational orders, the planning model of ERP can not meet the requirements of Enterprise information integration. However, APS can work out dynamic production scheduling .Through analyzing the functions and characters between the core planning model of ERP and APS,the integration solution between APS and ERP is discussed. After analyzing the integration items and techniques, the structural framework of information integration system is discussed.更多还原
