【摘要】 直角尺垂直度的检定一般依据国家规程进行,或用直角尺检定仪检定,在缺乏直角尺检定仪的情况下采用光隙法。基于比较测量的原理,提出了直角尺角度检测的一种新方法,该方法与传统的测量方法相比,具有重复性精度高,操作简单,结果直观的特点。该方法采用高精度传感器采集被检直角尺和高精度标准直角尺相比较所得数据,然后计算数据所确定的包络线之间的距离。系统综合示值误差为±(0.8+L/300)μm。更多还原

【Abstract】 We used to measure the square basing on national standards standing order, or with the Certificate of Square, or with light gap method. The article focuses a new way of verticality measuring of square based on the principle of comparative measuring, which has the strongpoint of highprecision repeatability, the objective result, and can be used easily comparing with the traditional way of measuring. We use the highdegreeofaccuracy sensor to sample the data, then compute the distance between the evnelope curves whice is defined by the data.The result show that the combined indicating value of the machine is ±(0.8+L/300)μm.更多还原
