【摘要】 随着社会的发展,高速公路在人们的日常生活中越来越占据了重要的位置。由于交通事故引起的人员伤亡和经济损失非常巨大,高速公路行车安全更是日益受到人们的关注。笔者对智能交通系统和高速公路的发展进行了概述,同时对高速公路紧急事件与安全系统的构成进行了探讨。着重讲述了事故预测模型的建立、事故自动定位、事故救援工作的展开以及事故管理等几个子系统。通过对高速公路紧急事件与安全系统的研究,能最大限度地发挥我国当前公路资源的功效,为我国的高速公路运输事业起到一定的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of society, highway becomes more and more important in our daily life. Because of the enormous loss of human lives and money in the transportation accidents, people have taken more attention of safety in highway transportation. This article summarizes ITS and the development of highway and discusses the structure of highway emergency accidents and safety system. The establishing of accidents forecast model,accident auto-locating,the progressing of rescue planning and accidents management system are emphasized. Through the research of highway emergency accidents and safety system, we can use highway furthest and give some help for the development of highway transportation in our country.更多还原
