类摆线压缩机转子受力分析

【摘要】 介绍了一种新型的回转式压缩机———类摆线压缩机定子型线、转子型线的创成及工作原理;并对其关键部件--转子的受力进行了比较详细的分析,提出了转子惯性离心力Sr、容积腔气压差所产生的合力Fg及其作用于转子上的合力矩MFg的计算方法;提出了相位内齿轮所受中心外齿轮作用力fn及其力矩Mfy、偏心轴颈作用于偏心轴承的正压力Nf的计算方法;并提出了转子与定子的接触正压力N1、N2和N3的计算方法;据此,对某厂正在研制的100,000cal/h(116.667kw),制冷工质R22的样机的转子受力进行了计算,并根据Hooke线接触润滑状态图,计算出定转子间最小油膜厚度为0.745μm。

【Abstract】 The work principle and machining principle of the stator and rotator of a new type rotate compressor named the abnormal cycloid compressor are introduced. The free-body diagram of rotator which is a key part has been constructed. an approach is established for calculating the inertia centrifugal force Sr, the force Fg due to air pressure difference of cubage cavity and the moment MFg due to Fg ; an approach is established for calculating the pressure Nf which acts on bearing through eccentric shaft, the force fn which acts on phase gear through center gear and the moment Mfy due to fn;In addition, established an approach is given for calculating the pressures N1? N2?N3 due to rotator contacting with stator. These approaches are applied to a kind of developing compressor (refrigeration power:100 000 cal/h, refrigeration medium: R22) to calculate the forces acted on rotator. Then by use of the lubricating diagram of Hooke, the minimal film thickness 0.745 μm between stator and rotator is given.
