氯苯那敏与β~3/环糊精相互作用的电化学表征
Electrochemical Characterization on the Interaction between Chlorpheniramine and β-Cyclodextrin
【摘要】 以氯苯那敏和 β$C环糊精为研究对象 ,利用电化学方法测定了它们相互作用形成超分子化合物的结合常数。实验考察了氯苯那敏在不同pH的Na2 HPO4 介质中的伏安行为 ,发现吸附还原峰电流和峰电位随pH的不同而发生变化 ,证明H+ 离子参加了氯苯那敏的电极反应 ,并且pH为 4 .4 7时 ,氯苯那敏在 - 1 .337V有较敏锐的吸附还原波。利用β$C环糊精结合氯苯那敏后 ,其表观扩散系数的变化引起还原峰电流改变的原理 ,采用线性扫描伏安法研究了氯苯那敏与β$C环糊精的相互作用 ,测得它们的结合常数为 2 .83× 1 0 2 mol- 1·L。这为进一步研究药物分子与受体相互作用的电化学研究建立了基础
【Abstract】 Electrochemical characterization of chlorpheniramine and its interaction with β-Cyclodextrins in Na 2HPO 4 buffer solutions with different pH values were studied with linear sweep voltammetry. The electrochemical results indicate that absorptive peak currency ( i p ) is changed in buffer solution with different pH values, which illuminates that the reduction of Chlorpheniraminc on the electrode is related to H +. Clorpheniramine gives a sensitive adsorbtive peak at -1.337 V (vs. SCE), when pH is 4.47. The interaction of β-cyclodextrin and chlorpheniramine was also studied. The inclusion constant is determined as 2.83×10 2 mol -1 ·L.
