曼地亚红豆杉的半致死温度与对低温的适应性

【摘要】 红豆杉树皮是一种最重要的提取紫杉醇的原料 ,但其生长缓慢 ,资源匮乏 ,而曼地亚红豆杉的自然杂交品种叶片中的紫杉醇的含量很高 ,生长迅速 ,可通过大力栽培解决原料不足的问题。在引种栽培蔓地亚红豆杉的试验过程中 ,抗寒性是决定其是否能够引种栽培成功的关键因素之一 ,而半致死温度能较直观 ,准确地反映植物的抗寒能力 ,半致死温度的测定常采用电导法。采用电导法对引种栽培的2个曼地亚红豆杉 (T .media)品种Hicksii和DarkGreenSpreader(DGS)进行低温半致死温度的测定 ,并与其生境中的自然温度变化相比较 ,结果表明 ,在自然降温的过程中 ,两个曼地亚红豆杉杂交品种的低温半致死温度随气温的下降而不断的降低 ,两品种的低温半致死温度分别为 - 1 3.3℃和 - 1 2 .6℃ ,均对引种栽培地低温有较强的适应性 ,且Hicksii品种比DarkGreenSpreader品种的抗寒能力略强。因此从理论上讲 ,两种曼地亚红豆杉品种均可在栽培地及与栽培地相同的生境下栽培成功

【Abstract】 The bark of the Taxus is the most important raw material for extracting taxol, but the plant grow slowly and the material is in short. While two T.media hybrids species named Hicksii and Dark Green Spreader have very high content of taxol in their leaves, they grow more quickly, it is an efficient way to culture more T.media to solve these problems. During the introduction and culture, the cold resistance is a key factor, which decides whether they can survive or not. The semilethal low temperature reacts to the cold resistance more directly and more accurately, and the assay of the semilethal low temperature is always made by electrical conductivity. We use electrical conductivity to assay semilethal low temperature of two T.media hybrids species, and compare it with the temperature of the habitant. It is shown that when the natural temperature declines, the semilethal low temperature of the two species decreases with it the values of the semilethal low temperature of two T. media are -13.3 ℃ and -12.6 ℃ respectively, they all have much stranger adaptability where they are cultured, and the Hicksii has more cold resistance than Dark Green Spreader. Both species can survive in the culture habitat and the similar habitat successfully.
