具有脉冲接种的传染病模型的渐近分析
Asymptotic analysis of a SIS model with pulse vaccination
【摘要】 研究具有比例接种和脉冲接种的传染病模型的渐近性态,给出了对疾病传播有重要影响的再生数,得到了比例接种模型无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的全局渐近稳定性及脉冲接种模型无病周期解的全局稳定性。比较了接种效果,并对一定的参数进行了数值模拟。
【Abstract】 The asymptotic behavior of SIS models with proportional and pulse vaccination is studied in the paper. The basic reproductive number of these model is defined and used to determine the threshold of the disease extinction. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the globally asymptotic stability of the endemic equilibrium and the disease free periodic solution of the model are obtained. The effectiveness of the proportional vaccination and the pulse vaccination is compared. The numerical simulations is also presented in the paper.
