轴流通风机翼型的优化设计研究
Optimization Design of Axial Fan Airfoil
【摘要】 将二维N -S方程流场分析程序和序列二次规划结合起来 ,发展了一种轴流通风机翼型设计方法 ,用以提高翼型的气动性能 ,达到节能目的。由N -S方程计算得到的升力、阻力等气动参数构成目标函数 ,数值优化程序对其进行最优化。设计实例表明 ,本文发展的方法设计质量高 ,所需机时少 ,易于实施 ,有较大的工程应用价值。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a design method of axial fan airfoil that couples viscous flow analysis and numerical optimization to search an airfoil geometry with improved aerodynamic performance characteristics while satisfying specified design constraints. The flow was modeled with Reynolds_averaged Navier_Stokes equations in order to produce reliable designs. The optimization algorithm was based on SQP(Successive Quadratic Programming)method.Example results are shown for CLARK_Y airfoil optimization. The study indicates that the proposed approach is attractive for practical use in industry because of its high design quality and reasonable computational cost.
