采用基因芯片技术筛查农作物转基因背景
Screening and Detection of Genetically Modified Organisms Using DNA Chip Method
【摘要】 采用基因芯片技术对转基因作物中常见的启动子、终止子和选择标记基因等多个外源基因进行检测,以建立一套快速、准确的转基因作物筛查鉴定技术.通过对大豆、玉米、油菜、棉花等农作物样品的检测,并由常规PCR技术进行验证,证实基因芯片的检测结果准确可靠,并提高了检测效率,因此,可用于农作物转基因背景的鉴定.
【Abstract】 An accurate DNA chip method was developed to quickly identify genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The foreign elements, including promoters, terminators and selective marker genes, in the samples of soybean, maize, canola and cotton were detected using the DNA chip method. The result obtained from the detection was consistent with that from PCR analyses, indicating that the DNA chip method is reliable and effective for routine analysis of GMOs.
