半乳糖凝集素PPL13的表达纯化及免疫组织化学研究

【摘要】在E.coliM15中表达纯化半乳糖凝集素PPL13(placentaproteinlectin13),制备兔抗人PPL13多克隆抗体,以免疫组织化学法检测PPL13在人胎盘及脐静脉的表达情况.结果显示PPL13分布在胎盘及脐静脉的内皮细胞中.提示PPL13可能与胎盘及脐静脉内皮细胞的功能相关.更多还原

【Abstract】 The ORF of PPL13 was cloned into pQE30 and expressed in E. coli M15, and PPL13 protein was then generated and purified. The purified PPL13 was used to prepare rabbitantihuman polyclonal antibody. The expression of PPL13 in the human placenta and the umbilical vein was detected using Immunhistochemical method. The results showed that PPL13 was localized in the endothelial cell of the placenta and the umbilical vein, suggesting that PPL13 possibly play a role in the function of the endothelial cell of the placenta and the umbilical vein.更多还原
