长江口潮滩沉积物中活性重金属的提取方法比较研究

【摘要】 用连续分步提取法、DTPA法和稀HCl法分别对长江口滨岸潮滩表层沉积物中的活性Cr、Pb、Cu、Zn进行了提取分析.结果表明,重金属活性与污染程度成正相关;通过对试验结果的相关性分析表明,连续分步提取法和稀盐酸法都能较好的用于潮滩沉积物中Cr、Pb、Cu、Zn的生物有效性评价;与分步提取相比,稀HCl法更加简便易行.DTPA法仅适用于Zn的生物有效性评价,不适用于Cr、Pb、Cu的活性分析.

【Abstract】 The concentrations of active Cr, Pb, Cu, and Zn in the intertidal sediments of Yangtze estuary were extracted by three extraction procedures (Tessier sequential extraction, DTPA and HCl). The results suggested that the percentage of active heavy metals were positively correlated to the extent of pollution. The results of correlation analysis indicated that Tessier sequential extraction and HCl extraction can be well used to assess the bioavailability of Cr, Pb, Cu and Zn in the flat sediments. And compared with Tessier sequential extraction, HCl extraction was easier to undertake. However, DTPA extraction can only be used to assess the bioavailability of Zinc.
