合成愈创木酚环境友好催化剂的研究

【摘要】 研究了甲醇与邻苯二酚反应合成愈创木酚的环境友好催化剂.553K的温度下,在主要组分为AlTiSb NaO的催化剂上,愈创木酚的选择性达到了98%以上,反应100h邻苯二酚的转化率保持在70%以上.考察了金属Na、K、Li和Mg对催化剂活性和选择性的影响.结果表明K和Na有利于提高催化剂的活性.钠铝的原子比为0.01时催化剂的活性最高.Li和Mg加入催化剂则降低了催化剂的活性.

【Abstract】 The environmental benign catalyst for synthesis of guaiacol was studied. The selectivity of guaiacol was above 98% on the catalyst mainly composed of AlTiSbNaO, and the conversion of catechol was more than 70% at timeonstream of 100 h at 553 K. The effect of Na, K, Li and Mg on the catalyst was tested. It was demonstrated that K& Na could improve the activity, and the highest activity could be achieved when the atomic ratio of Al & Na was 0.01. But the Li and Mg decreased the activity of the catalyst.
