二氧化氯催化氧化用催化剂的制备与应用

【摘要】 研究了二氧化氯催化氧化用催化剂的制备条件与催化剂性能.实验结果表明在商品催化剂载体上负载Cu2+活性组分的催化剂制备优化条件为:w(cu2+)=4%,焙烧温度为300~350℃,焙烧时间2h;用此催化剂进行二氧化氯催化氧化处理COD为3500mg/L、色度为10万倍的酸性大红GR染料配制废水时,COD去除率可达80%,脱色率达97.8%,BOD5/COD比值由原来的0.07上升到0.41;催化剂寿命与再生实验也表明此种方法在技术与经济上都具有较强的实用性.

【Abstract】 The preparation conditionsand properties of catalyst for chlorine dioxide (ClO2) catalytic oxidation were studied. The results showed that 4% dipliquid, 300-350 ℃ and 2 hours of calcination were the optimum preparation conditions for catalysts,which loaded Cu2+ on commodity catalyst carrier. The COD removal ratio exceeded 80%, color removal ratio reached 97.8% and BOD5/COD rose from 0.07 to 0.41, when treating Acid Brilliant Scarlet GR dyestuff wastewater, the COD of which was 3500 mg/L and color was 100 000 times, by ClO2catalytic oxidation. The study of catalyst life andcatalyst recoveryilluminated that ClO2catalytic oxidation was an practical and efficientmethod to treat refractory wastewater.
