【摘要】 目的　评价湖北省 2 0 0 1年常规免疫接种率监测结果。方法　对湖北省 2 0 0 1年常规免疫监测报表进行估计接种率、差值评价、比值评价和报表及时性、完整性分析。结果　湖北省 2 0 0 1年常规免疫监测报表及时性、完整性较以往明显提高 ;四苗基础和加强免疫报告接种率为 96 .76 %～ 98.92 % ,HBV报告接种率为86 .5 5 % ;四苗基础免疫估计接种率为 5 8.6 1 % (BCG)～ 74 .2 5 % (MV) ,HBV为 4 2 .1 0 % ;加强免疫估计接种率分别为 2 0 .81 % (DT)～ 5 6 .71 % (MV)。结论　差值评价说明湖北省报告接种率可信性较低 ,比值评价说明数据可疑 ;今后需加强常规免疫规范化管理更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the routine immunization surveillance system of Hubei province in 2001. Methods Analysis on the estimated vaccinating rates, timeliness and integrality of surveillance report. Results There was obvious improvement in timeliness and integrality of surveillance report. The reported basic and catch up vaccinating rates of BCG, OPV, DPT, MV were 96 76%～98 92%,and 86 55% of HBV. The estimated basic vaccination rates of BCG, OPV,DPT,MV were 58 61%(BCG)～74 25%(MV), and 42 10% of HBV. The estimated catch up vaccinating rate were 20 81%(DT)～56 71%(MV). Conclusions The estimated vaccinating rates were significantly lower than the reported rates, and the surveillance data were less believable or doubtful evaluated by different values and ratio values respectively. It is suggested that the routine immunization management should be standardized and promoted.更多还原
