【摘要】 目的　探讨双吻合器在低位直肠癌前切除术中常见并发症及预防措施。方法　结合文献 ,回顾性分析双吻合器在低位直肠癌前切除术中常见并发症的预防措施。结果　双吻合器在低位直肠癌低位前切除中并发症的发生除与传统手术有部分相同的原因外 ,尚有与器械操作相关。操作熟练 ,有经验的专科医师手术后并发症的发生率明显低于普通医师。结论　通过掌握熟练的操作技巧及注意事项 ,积极预防是减少并发症发生的最简单有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the usual complications and preventive measures after applying double stapling device in the sphincter preserving surgery. Methods On the basis of a study on related literature, the preventive measures of the usual complications after applying double stapling device in the sphincter preserving surgery were analyzed retrospectively. Results Partial complications after applying double stapling device in the sphincter preserving surgery were caused by unskilled operation. Complications after unskilled operation were more than those after operation by experts. Conclusion Mastering expert operation to prevent complications is the simplest and the most efficient method to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.更多还原
