【摘要】 目的　探讨门奇断流并食管下段横断术在门静脉高压症治疗中的作用。方法　对我院1995年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月以来施行门奇断流并食管下段横断术治疗 18例门静脉高压症的远期疗效及围手术期处理进行比较和分析。结果　择期手术 6例 ,急诊手术 12例 ,无手术死亡。术后均获随访 ,死亡 3例 ,肝癌 1例 ,肝性脑病 2例 ,无继续出血病例。结论　门奇断流并食管下段横断术是治疗门静脉高压症的首选术式之一 ,手术是安全有效的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of portal azygous disconnection in combination with esophageal inferior segment transection in the treatment of portal hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with portal hypertension from 1995, 1 to 2001, 12 undergoing portal azygous disconnection in combination with esophageal inferior segment transection were analyzed and compared.Results Six cases received selective operation and 12 emergency operation. There was no operative death. All patients were followed up. Three cases were died from (1 case of hepatocarcinoma and 2 cases of liver encephalopathy). No rebleeding occurred.Conclusion Portal azygous disconnection in combination with esophageal inferior segment transection was safe and one of the first selective surgical operation in the treatment of portal hypertension.更多还原
