【摘要】 目的　观察白芍总苷 (Totalglucosidesofpaeong ,TGP )对家兔脂质调节及抗脂质过氧化作用。 方法　将 32只家兔随机分成 4组 :正常饲料对照组、高脂饲料对照组、2 0mg/kgTGP高脂饲料组、4 0mg/kgTGP高脂饲料组。在实验第 2 4d去掉高脂饲料给普通饲料 ,第 4 2d实验结束。结果　TGP能够调节血清脂质和丙二醛 (MDA)的含量 ,降低总胆固醇与低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的比值 ,高剂量的TGP能升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量。结论　TGP对家兔慢性高脂血症有调节作用 ,能有效抑制脂质过氧化反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Total glucosides of paeong (TGP) on the lipid regulation and Lipsuperoxidized reaction in the chronic hyperlipidemic rabbits. Methods Thirty two rabbits were divided into 4 groups: ①Normal diet control group, ② Hyperlipid diet control group, ③ Hyperlipid diet group ig with 20 mg/kg TGP, ④ Typerlipid diet group ig with 40 mg/kg TGP. On 24 d all hyperlipid diet were removed, and only normal diet was given. The experiment ended on 42 d. Resuls TGP could decrease the serum lipids and MDA, increase the HDL-C. TGP could decrease the ratio of Cholesterol to LDL. Conclusion TGP has the effects of lipid regulation and lipid antiperoxidation on the chronic hyperlipidemic rabbits. [更多还原
