【摘要】 目的　观察九一升白口服液在恶性肿瘤放疗中的增效减毒作用。方法　 60例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组于放疗同时给予九一升白口服液 ;对照组单用放疗。结果　治疗组完全缓解率为 80 .0 % ,对照组为 5 0 .0 % ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;白细胞下降治疗组为 13 .3 % (4/ 3 0 ) ,对照组为 4 0 .0 % (12 / 3 0 ) ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血小板下降治疗组为 10 .0 % (3 / 3 0 ) ,对照组为 3 0 .0 % (9/ 3 0 ) ,两组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗后Karnofsky评分治疗组高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　九一升白口服液在恶性肿瘤放疗过程中具有保护骨髓 ,改善生活质量 ,起到增效减毒之作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of 91 WBC-increasing Drinks in efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing on radiotherapy in patients of malignant tumor.Methods Sixty tumor patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group. In their therapeutic period of radiotherapy , the patients in the treated group were given 91 WBC-increasing Drinks and the patients in the control group were only given radiotherapy. Results The complete remission rate were 80.0% and 50.0% for the treated group and the control group respectively. There was a significant difference between two groups ( P<0.05). The leukocytopenia rate was 13.3% ( 4/ 30) in the treated group and 40.0% (12/30) in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The platelet decrease rate was 10.0% (3/30) in the treated group and 30.0% (9/30) in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Karnofsky scores elevated in the treated group more than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion 91 WBC-increasing Drinks could protect the bone marrow and improve the patients’ quality of life during the course of radiotherapy , which displays the effects of efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing.更多还原
