三相异步电动机T—n特性测试的一种尝试
An attempt at Measuring T - n Characteristic of Three-Phase Induction Motors
【摘要】 针对感应电动机机械特性传统测试方法复杂、精度低、重复性较差等缺陷,介绍了一种能自动精确测取感应电动机机械特性的新的“动态”测试方法。该方法以动力学定律为基础,用转矩转速传感器和惯性电气自动补偿器分别测取负载转矩和加速转矩,从而得到被试电机的“动态”输出转矩。简单介绍了测试装置工作原理和测试结果,并讨论了扫描时间对测量精度的影响。
【Abstract】 In view of the shortcomings, e.g. complicated method, low accuracy, and poor repetitiveness, of the traditional measurement of mechanical characteristics of induction motor, this paper introduces a new dynamic measurement method which can automatically accurately measure the mechanical characteristics of induction motor. In the method, load torque and accelerating torque are measured with the torque-speed sensor and the inertial electrical automatic compensator respectively based on the law of dynamics, and the dynamic output torque of the measured motor is obtained. The paper simply introduces the working principle of measuring device and the measured results, and discusses the influence of sweep interval on measuring accuracy.
