【摘要】 【目的】　探讨全身麻醉对 6～ 11岁儿童行为的影响。　【方法】　采用Achenbach儿童行为量表对 95例 6～ 11岁全身麻醉的儿童进行麻醉前和麻醉后 3d、半年的行为调查。　【结果】　麻醉前儿童行为问题的检出率为8.4%,其中男童为 8.2 %,女童为 8.9%;麻醉后 3d儿童行为问题的检出率为 9.4%,其中男童为 10 .2 %,女童为8.9%;麻醉后半年儿童行为问题的检出率为 8.4%,其中男童为 8.2 %,女童为 8.9%,经统计学检验麻醉前后和性别间差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。各因子麻醉前后差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但男童违纪、强迫性检出率高于女童 ,女童的抑郁、体诉检出率高于男童 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。　【结论】　全身麻醉对 6～ 11岁的儿童行为没有明显影响更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the effect of general anesthesia on children behaviors within 6～11 years old. Behaviors of 95 children under general anesthesia were investigated before and after three days general anesthesia with the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist. The investigation was performed again after 6 months. The children behavior incidence rates before general anesthesia were 8.4% with 8.2% in male and with 8.9% in female. The children’s behavior incidence rates after general anesthesia three days were 9.4% with 10.2% in male and with 8.9% in female .The children’s behavior incidence rates after general anesthesia half a year were 8.4% with 8.2% in male and 8.9% in female .Statistically, There were neither significant differences between pre general anesthesia and post general anesthesia ( P >0.05) nor significant difference between sexes ( P >0.05). There were no significant differences between each factor before general anesthesia and after general anesthesia ( P >0.05). But discipline,compulsion incidence rates of male were higher than them of female,while depression,somatic complain of male were lower ( P <0.05),the differences were of statistical significance.[Conclusion] There are no significant effects under general anesthesia on the behaviors of children aged 6～11 years old.更多还原
