【摘要】 【目的】　了解综合医院心理咨询门诊儿童咨客的特点。　【方法】　总结中山大学附属三院心理咨询门诊近 3年儿童咨客的资料。　【结果】　咨客男女比例为 1.96∶1,咨客人数随着年龄的增长而增加 ,女童中 13～ 16岁的比例男童大 ,5～ 8岁和 9～ 12岁的比例较男童小。广州市内外的咨客比例为 1.3 8∶1,不同年龄儿童咨客的居住地构成是有差异的。最常见的病种是精神分裂症、神经症、精神发育迟滞、儿童多动症、单纯咨询和品行障碍 ,不同年龄、不同性别的儿童咨客的疾病构成是有差异的。　【结论】　综合医院心理咨询门诊与儿童心理咨询门诊的儿童咨客是有差异的更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the characteristic of the clients for children psychological counseling in general hospital. To summarize all the data of the clients for children psychological counseling in the third affiliated hospital of Sun Yat sen university during last 3 years. The client’s proportion in the male to female was 1.96 to 1.The number of clients was rising along with the increasing of the age.In the clients from 13 year old to 16 year old the proportion of the female clients was bigger than that of the male,but from 5 year old to 8 year old and from 9 year old to 12 year old the proportion were less.The proportion of the clients in Guangzhou to out of Guangzhou was 1.38 to 1.The composition of the inhabited region for the clients in different age was different.The most common disease was Schizophrenia,Neurosis,Mental retardation,Hyperkinetic disease,Simply consultation and Conduct disorder,and the compositions of these disease for the children’s clients in different age group and sex distinction were different. [Conclusions] The clients of children psychological counseling in general hospital were different to those in the Children’s psychological counseling.更多还原
