【摘要】 目的:观察炎琥宁佐治晚期新生儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:对86例呼吸道感染的晚期新生儿随机分成对照组和治疗组,两组均常规用抗生素,治疗组加用炎琥宁静脉滴注。结果:治疗组和对照组的显效率分别为93.5%(43/46)和77.5%(31/40),χ2=0.03,P<0.05;平均住院日分别为(6.3±1.7)d和(8.1±2.4)d,t=-3.86,P<0.01。结论:炎琥宁是治疗晚期新生儿呼吸道感染的安全而有效的辅助药物,与抗生素合用有协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yanhuning injection on late period newborns with respiratory tract in-fections.Methods:Eighty-six cases of late period newborns with respiratory tract infections were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with antibiotics but the treatment group with Yanhuning injection additionally.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group is93.5%(43/46),while the control group is77.5%(31/40),χ 2 =0.03,P<0.05.Their durations of hospitalization were(6.3±1.7)d and(8.1±2.4)d,respectively,t=-3.86,P<0.01.Conclusion:Synergism was showed when Yanhuning injection and antibiotic co-administered.Effects of the former in treatment of late period newborns with respiratory tract infections are def-inite and safe.更多还原
