【摘要】 目的:研究参附注射液对新生儿缺氧缺血性心脏损害(HIM)的疗效。方法:治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上给予参附注射液治疗。结果:治疗组显效率55.0%,总有效率80.0%,对照组显效率25.0%,总有效率57.5%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK鄄MB)降幅比较有极显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:参附注射液治疗新生儿HIM安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effect of treating hypoxic-ischemic heart mischief(HIM)of newbown with Shenfu injection.Methods:The control group was treated with routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with routine treatment and Shenfu injec-tion.Results:In the treated group the obvious effect rate was55.0%,the total effective rate was80.0%.In the controlled group the obvi-ous effect rate was25.0%,and the total effective rate was57.5%.So statistic significance existed between the two groups(P<0.05).There were remarkable differences in comparing serumisoenzyme of creatine phosphokinase(CK-MB)after treating the two groups(P<0.001).Conclu-sions:It is effective and safe to use Shenfu injection in treating HIMof newbown.更多还原
