【摘要】 目的:评估硫普罗宁治疗儿童甲型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组常规保肝降酶治疗的基础上加用硫普罗宁100mg静脉滴注,1次/d,连用7d后复查肝功能及观察症状、体征变化。结果:治疗组在症状、体征特别是退黄疸和降低转氨酶方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:硫普罗宁治疗儿童甲型肝炎有良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objeative:To evaluate the clinical effects of tiopronin on acute viral hepatitis A in children.Methods:All patients were ran-domly divided into two groups.The treating group received100mg tiopronin vein inject daily in addition to what the control group re-ceived,an ordinary treatment to protect hepatitis and reduce transaminase.Checking on liver function and observing on those changing occurred in symptoms were made seven days later.Results:Acute viral hepatitis A patients’symptoms had changed,especially,in those aspects of fading jaundice and reducing transaminase in active group,which were better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiopronin was effective in treating acute viral hepatitis A in children.更多还原
