【摘要】 目的:探讨提高常年性变应性鼻炎(PAR)疗效的治疗方法。方法:利用鼻内镜行前筛开放术,暴露并用射频热凝筛前神经鼻内支治疗22例PAR患者。结果:随访1年,显效18例(81.82％),有效3例(13.64％),无效1例(4.54％),总有效率95.46％,无严重并发症发生。结论:鼻内镜前筛开放术射频热凝筛前神经治疗PAR具有疗效显著,治疗部位精确等优点,有较好临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the curative effect of treatment by radiofrequency for eth-moidal nerve under nasal endoscopy on perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR). Method: Twenty and two patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were treated by intranasal sinus ethnoidotomy, exposing eth-moidal nerve, and radiofrequency treatment of ethmoidal nerve under nasal endoscopy. There were 14 males and 8 females, ranging in age from 25 to 67 years old. Result: The obvious curative effect was 18 cases (81. 8%), improvement in 3 cases (13. 7%), and failed in 1 case with the period of 1. 5 years followed-up. The total effective rate was 95. 5%(2/22) and no serious complication occurred. Conclusion: The procedure of radiofrequency of ethmoidal nerve under nasal endoscopy on perennial allergic rhinitis had obvious curative effect.更多还原
