【摘要】 目的:探讨经鼻内镜行颅底手术的可行性和临床意义。方法:回顾性分析了我科1997年～2002年在鼻内镜下完成的颅底区域手术18例的临床资料。结果:10例脑脊液鼻漏修补术均一次获得成功。8例接受视神经管减压术,术后5例视力改善。结论:经鼻内镜颅底手术简便,损伤小,安全有效,是一项值得在临床推广的操作技术,但必须掌握好这类手术的适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the experience of skull base surgery by endoscopic technique. Methods; Among 18 patients, 10 with craninonasal fistulae, and 8 with traumatic optic neuropathy were treated by endoscopic technique in our department from 1997 to 2002. There were 10 males and 18 females, ranging in age from 18 to 65 years old. The transnasal endoscopic repair of cranionasal fistulae (10 cases) and optic nerve decompression (8 cases) were complicated. Results: All patients were cure and have not complications found with followed-up over one year. Conclusion: The endoscopic technique have advantages of simple, safe and injure less for skull base surgery, but the select of indications of surgery most be attention.更多还原
