【Abstract】 In the course of economic restructuring. Russia notonly privatized the ownership, but also the management, of the huge state economy. The privatization of the former was embodied in the minor privatization and the major privatization in three different stages. The privatization of the latter was embodied in the establishment of the corporate governance structure. In other words, corporate governance became the main task of Russian micro reforms in enterprises already privatized. The article is precisely based on the analysis of this issue.更多还原
