【摘要】 本文结合党的十六大精神的学习 ,对苏共亡党的教训提出了几点思考。本文从三个角度分析苏共亡党的教训。第一个教训 ,苏共没有解决好在贫穷落后国家取得政权后如何发展生产力这样一个重大的世纪难题。第二个教训 ,苏共理论指导思想上的重大偏差使自己在政治上付出了巨大代价。苏共的理论指导思想偏差主要地表现在两个方面 :其一 ,激进主义 ;其二 ,教条主义和僵化 ,没有与时俱进。第三个教训 ,苏联模式是苏联在极其特殊条件下所确立的一种建设社会主义的方式。破除苏联模式的束缚是社会主义今后发展的重要任务。党的十六大精神实际上就是中共破除苏联模式束缚的很好范例。更多还原

【Abstract】 In combination with learning the guidelines of the 16th National Party Congress,the article raised some thoughts on the lessons drawn from the collapse of the Soviet Communist Party. It analyzes the lessons from three angles. The first lesson was that the Soviet Communist Party failed to settle the century’s major difficult problem: how to develop the productive forces in poor and backward countries after seizing political power? The second lesson was that the major deviation of the Soviet Communist Party in theoretical guiding ideology found expression mainly in two aspects: first radicalism; and second, rigid dogmatism, failing to keep abreast with the times. The third lesson was that the Soviet model was a model of socialist construction set up under very special circumstances. Breaking off the bondage of the Soviet model is an important mission in the future development of socialism. The guidelines of the 16th National Party Congress are actually a good example set by the Chinese Communist Party in breaking off the bondage of the Soviet model.更多还原
