【Abstract】 Based on the data of 133 isoseismal line of historical earthquakes in Yunnan, the intensity-attenuation relation is obtained as I=1.5M+2.8267-0.7942ln(S_I+90.33). According to many results of assessments of economic losses and surveys on the spot, the formula of fast assessment for the seismic disasters is L=2.05σ∑i6A_iα_i and D={0.13,0.25}·σ·∑i8A_iλ_i.They can be used to give a primary assessment of economic losses and death numbers after the earthquake immediately, which will provide reference evidence for the government to perform emergent rescue.更多还原
