煤粉和高炉煤气混烧锅炉燃烧问题的分析及改造
Technical Reform of Combustion System in Pulverized Coal and BFG Combustion Boiler
【摘要】 通过对75 t/h煤粉和高炉煤气混烧锅炉运行中存在的飞灰可燃物较高、排烟温度较高、锅炉燃烧效率低下等问题的分析,应用稳燃腔燃烧器对该锅炉进行了改造,达到了较好的效果,并使锅炉在带负荷能力以及效率上都有较大的提高。
【Abstract】 The phenomena that combustibles content in fly ash and flue gas temperature are very high and combustion efficiency is quite low in the 75t/h pulverized coal and BFG combustion boiler when the boiler is operating is analyzed. Reformed by bluff-body in cavity, the target purpose is reached. Furthermore, the boilers carrying load ability and combustion efficiency are much higher than before.
