多孔介质中的预混燃烧发展现状
Investigation on Premixed Combustion in Porous Medium Burner
【摘要】 论述了多孔介质燃烧技术机理、优点和应用前景,对多孔介质的材料、特别是泡沫陶瓷进行了讨论,回顾了对几种多孔介质的热物理特性和传输特性的一些研究。还介绍了气体在多孔介质中燃烧的研究现状、组合多孔介质和多级燃烧方式在该技术中的应用及其与燃烧规律相匹配的渐变型多孔介质燃烧器的设想。
【Abstract】 The combustion mechanism of premixed combustion in porous medium is discussed both with its strong virtues and broad application. Researches and investigations on thermo physical and transportation characteristics of porous medium materials are reviewed. From such as radiation sendout, stability of combustion, combustion velocity and waste emission, researches on premixed combustion of gas fuels in porous medium burner are discussed in detail. It also reviews the investigations on non-homogeneous porous medium burner and staged combustion burner, and present an idea of designing a Gradually-varied Porous Media burner, which is more matched with combustion discipline.
