多孔硅/八羟基喹啉铝复合体系的电致发光
Electroluminescence from Porous Silicon/8 - Hydroxyquinoline Aluminum Hybrid Devices
【摘要】 采用阳极氧化法制备了多孔硅(PS),通过真空沉积在纳米孔中组装了有机发光小分子八羟基喹啉铝(Alq3),制作了有机/无机复合电致发光器件,并与单层的Alq3电致发光器件相比较,观察到复合体系的电致发光蓝移现象,这种蓝移现象与纳米孔对有机分子聚集程度的限制有关。
【Abstract】 Organic/inorganic hybrid light emitting devices were fabricated by assembling organic molecule 8-Hydroxyquinoline Aluminum (Alq3 ) into the pores of porous silicon (PS) which was prepared by anodization. Compared with single-layer Alq3 light emitting diodes, electroluminescence of hybrid devices showed blue-shifted. These results are attributed to the confine of organic molecules in the nano-meter pores.
