北京市平原区建设用地地面沉降评估——以北京市外二环京哈高速公路—京密路段沉降区为例

【摘要】 北京市平原区埋藏着丰富的承压水资源,但是由于城市规模的日益扩大,人口剧增和经济快速发展,地下水长期处于超采状态,从而导致地面沉降大面积发生。目前地面沉降已经成为北京市的主要地质灾害之一。采用太沙基一维固结理论,先根据评估区的地层剖面建立预测地质模型,由已知的累计沉降量、承压水降低值等反算土层的压缩变形参数。然后按预估的水位降低值计算地面沉降量。

【Abstract】 There is a great amount of groundwater resources in store in the plain areas of Beijing. But with the progress of urbanization, the growth of population and the economic development, the groundwater has been excessively exploited, which has caused large-area land subsidence. At the present, land subsidence has been hampering the economic construction as one of the major geological hazards in Beijing area. This paper calculates land subsidence value using Terzaghi’s consolidation theory. A geological model is built according to the strata profile of the investigated area. Compressive deformation parameters of the soil are reversely calculated with known accumulated settlement and confined water depression value. Land subsidence value is calculated according to estimated water depression value.
