轴静强度的非概率可靠性设计
The Non - probabilistic Reliability Design of Shaft on Static Strength
【摘要】 基于不确定非概率凸模型,提出了轴静强度的非概率可靠性设计方法。将具有不确定且有边界限制的应力、载荷等用凸模型中的区间模型来描述,取在标准化区间变量的扩展空间中,从坐标原点到失效面的最短距离作为非概率可靠性指标。该方法可避兔求概率密度分布函数,对初始数据要求较低,计算简便。最后给出了计算实例。
【Abstract】 Based on the uncertain non - probabilistic convex models, the non - probabilistic reliability design of shaft on static strength is proposed. In this paper, interval models in the convex models are used to describe the parameters having uncertain but boundary limits such as stress and load. The shortest distance from coordinate origin to failure surface in the expand space of standardized interval variables is chosen as the non - probabilistic reliability index. This design method avoids seeking probability density function, with a lower requirement for the initial data and more simply computation. Finally, the approach is illustrated by an example.
