【Abstract】 This paper proposes application of the virtual reality(VR) technology to the research, design, teaching and training of micro electromechanical systems(MEMS) basing on the research of MEMS’s requirement for VR technology and its application prospect according to the characteristics and technical requirements of MEMS and the main characteristics and relevant technologies of VR.
