中国对虾热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的三维结构优化
Three dimension structure optimization of fenneropenaeus chinensis Heat Shock Protein70
【摘要】 从中国对虾热休克蛋白70的氨基酸序列出发,在线预测得到其三维结构,利用分子动力学理论进行计算机模拟优化,得到其近似的天然构象,并对其结构与功能的关系进行讨论.
【Abstract】 3-D structure of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) of Fenneropenaeus chinensis is structured from its amino acid sequence. The structure is optimized by molecular dynamics simulation and the native state is obtained approximately. At last, the relation between the structure and its function is discussed.
