基于LonWorks技术的神经网络智能PID控制器的设计和实现
The Design and Realization of Neural Network PID Intelligent Controller Based on the LonWorks Technology
【摘要】 借助于LonWorks技术和先进PID控制算法,设计和实现了一种基于LonWorks技术的神经网络智能PID控制器,克服了传统PID控制器和先进软计算控制的缺点。叙述了硬件和相关Neuron C程序的设计,并利用设计的智能控制器建立了一个温度智能控制系统。所设计的智能控制器具有较高的可靠性和广泛的应用领域。另外,由于LonWorks技术的网络优势,可以利用神经网络智能控制器,通过LonWorks控制网以及Internet实现远程工业智能实时控制。
【Abstract】 Based on the Lon Works technology and advanced PID control arithmetic, a type of neural network intelligent PID controller which overcomes some shortcomings of classic PID control and advanced soft compute control is designed and implemented. The paper describes the contents of the hardware and relative Neuron C programs in detail and creates a temperature control system by using this intelligent controller. The fact demonstrates this controller possesses high credibility and wide applicant domains. We may use this controller in Lon Works control network and Internet to realize remote industry intelligent real-time control.
