脉冲式电能表集成采集终端的设计
Design of Integrated Acquisition Terminal for Pulsed Power Meter
【摘要】 针对脉冲式电能表 ,设计了集成采集终端 ,该终端能以电力线载波方式和其它设备进行通信。采用双CPU共用数据存储器技术解决了脉冲计数和电力线载波通信的实时性问题 ;采用脉冲处理硬件电路和CRC循环冗余编码解码技术 ,实现了低成本、高可靠、抗干扰脉冲采集和远程脉冲信号检测。相关技术可广泛应用于其它脉冲式压力或流量仪表。
【Abstract】 An integrated acquisition terminal, which can communicate with other devices through electric power line carrier, is designed for the pulsed electric energy meter. Using dual CPU shared data memory technology, the real time problems of pulse count and power line carrier communication are resolved. Using pulse processing hardware circuit and CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check)coding and decoding technique, the pulse collection and long distance pulse signal detection with low cost, high reliability and anti interference capability can be realized. The related techniques can be extensively applied to other pulsed pressure or flow meters.
