【Abstract】 Both frequency and voltage are important electric parameters in power system. A method of frequency measurement based on HSI(High Speed Input) of 80C196 is proposed. It is discussed that voltage sampling frequency tracks signal frequency according to the reasult of frequency measurement. Simulation shows that the frequency measurement has preferable precision and voltage calculating is improved by frequency tracking.更多还原
