【Abstract】 According to the foreign educational idea of news and dissemination,which pays much attention to the teaching of the theory,the science of news dissemination is a social science. At the same time,the idea stresses a lot the training of the applicable ability of the trainee. In China,the educational idea,which pays attention both to the knowledge and to the ability,is forming.
