【Abstract】 With China s joining the WTO, how to make the Chinese banking competitive in the intemational market and how to make the Chinese banking enjoy a continuous development become the major concems of the personnel in the Chinese banking field. To change the current mode of management, which is based on the division of lines of work, is an inevitable tendency. The key requirement of the reform is that the reform should meet the needs of the intemational market and pay attention to the situation of our country. The reform, which should be taken after China has joined the WTO for three years, needs to be carried out gradually.
