自由弧熔融氢方法制备MLC用纳米金属镍粉
Preparation of Nano Nickel Powder for MLCs by Non-confined Arc with Fusible Hydrogen
【摘要】 自由弧熔融氢等离子射流方法制备MLC用金属纳米镍粉,平均粒径36.6 nm,粒度呈近似正态分布,94%集中于10~60 nm范围内;分析了制粉空间平均温度及等离子弧柱的轴心线温度,计算过冷温度梯度,指出在弱电离自由弧和强制风冷的情况下仍然可以得到超细纳米金属粉末。
【Abstract】 Nano nickel powder is prepared by plasma non-confined arc with fusible hydrogen. Its average diameter is 36.6 nanometer. The granularity presents normal distribution and the particles between 10 and 60 nanometer accounts to 94%. The temperature of preparing room and of iron arc were studied, and the overcooling temperature gradient was calculated. Even in the condition of weak arc and strong cooling air, nano powder can be obtained.
