高分子磁体/铁氧体复合磁芯的电磁损耗及应用
Polymer Magnet/ Ferrite Composite Cores: Electromagnetic Loss and Applications
【摘要】 与NiZn铁氧体比较,在100~1 800 MHz的广泛频段,高分子磁体/NiZn铁氧体(OPM/NiZn)复合磁芯具有较低的电磁损耗(<3×102),且基本不随使用频率而变化,在50至+80℃的范围内,其感抗几乎与温度变化无关。用它制作的脉冲振荡器的脉冲宽度仅0.45 s,在高于30~1 000 MHz范围内,衰减量为20 dB时,电调衰减器的平坦度也仅为1.16~1.21 dB。
【Abstract】 As compared with the core of NiZn ferrites,the composite cores of polymer magnet/NiZn ferrite (OPM/NiZn) have lower electromagnetic loss (<3102) and basically unchanged in the range from 100 to 1 800 MHz, the inductance of the sample is almost constant at 50 to +80℃. Of the oscillator made from OPM/NiZn composite cores, the pulse width of is 0.45 ms, the power flatness of the electrically controlled attenuator is 1.16 to 1.21 dB at 30 to 100 MHz when attenuation is 20dB.
