Zn和Nb对BaO-TiO2系统微波陶瓷介电性能的影响
Effects of Zn/Nb Dopant on Dielectric Properties of BaO-TiO2 Microwave Ceramics
【摘要】 研究了添加ZnO 和Nb2O5的BaO-TiO2系统微波陶瓷。XRD表明其主晶相是Ba2Ti9O20(B2T9)/BaTi4O9(BT4)。加入ZnO 和Nb2O5,由Zn2+ 和Nb5+共同取代Ti4+,作为施主受主杂质,达到电价平衡,降低了烧结温度,改进了介电性能。该系统微波瓷料既可用于制造滤波器,也可用于制造多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)。实验表明其介电性能如下:εr =37、Q =14 000、αC = 10×106℃1(1 MHz)。
【Abstract】 ZnO and Nb2O5 doped microwave ceramics of BaO-TiO2 were investigated. XRD showed that the crystal phases are mainly Ba2Ti9O20(B2T9)/BaTi4O9(BT4). To substitute for Ti4+, ZnO and Nb2O5 were added as donor and receiver ions. Thus, balance of electric valence was obtained, sintering temperature lowed and dielectric property improved. The ceramic material can be used for filters and MLCCs. εr is 37, Q 14 000 andαC 10 106℃6 at 1 MHz.
