稳定PbTiO3陶瓷浆料的制备
Preparation of Stabilized PbTiO3 Aqueous Suspension
【摘要】 以磷酸酯为分散剂,采用胶体电空间稳定机制改善陶瓷粉体水悬浮液的分散性,利用z 电位仪、沉降实验、粘度测定和粒度分析等手段,研究了分散剂的用量和pH值对PbTiO3陶瓷浆料稳定性的影响。并在最佳分散剂用量和pH值条件下,制备出了高固相含量(体积分数为55% )、稳定性和分散性好的PbTiO3陶瓷浆料。
【Abstract】 Based on the colloidal electrostatic stabilization mechanism, the dispersibility of PbTiO3 was improved with phosphate ester as dispersant. The rheological properties of PbTiO3 suspension and the effect of dispersant content and pH value on the stability were investigated by the z potential meter, sedimentation test, viscosity test, particle size analysis, etc. The stabilized and well dispersed suspension with as high as 55% (by volume) of solid was prepared in the optimized conditions.
