钛酸锶钡(BST)铁电移相器材料的研究现状
Status of Study on BST-based Phase Shifter Materials
【摘要】 钛酸锶钡(BST)材料被普遍认为是最有前途的铁电移相器材料。BST作为铁电移相器材料的研究已有多年,到目前为止取得了不少突破性的进展。综述了国内外研究人员在BST体材、厚膜以及薄膜方面所做的工作及获得的一些成果。
【Abstract】 Barium strontium titanate (BST) has been recognized as a ideal material for phase shifters. The study on BST as the material of phase shifters began many years ago. So far, many important improvements have been made. Reviewed are the study on BST bulk ceramics, thick film ceramics and thin film ceramics and its achievements in China and abroad.
